Even though the Hoffman’s left and it’s now just Jiffy Lube, the prices are still great and the service is quick and customer oriented. They managed to get through an entire line of cars before mine as well as my service within an hour of me pulling into the lot.

Not very good experience, Rude manager here , they have inspected my car and failed it for tires , I came back and they have checked everything still kept me for more than 40 minutes and I am still here they opened the hood of my Engine and kept it the whole time for nothing I am watching from behind the glass . Manager need to be more polite and flexible.

Price is fair but what is going on with the workers? Sat there for an hour waiting for a state inspection just for them to claim they couldn't find the lug nut key. Fine, give me the truck back and I'll go to the dealer. Sat for another 20 minutes before they gave it back. So I pull out, look in the center console, SITTING RIGHT THERE, is the lug key. Pull back around "oh my mistake, sorry I looked there and didn't see." No problem, get me in and get me out we'll be good. Nope. I sit for another hour before they finally bring it out to me. While I'm sitting there another customer gets yelled at because all he wanted was an oil and they start trying to take out his cabin air filters. When he steps out to ask them to stop because he already told them JUST an oil change, he gets yelled at to go back into the lobby. Do better. This was a waste of everyone's time.

I went in for an oil change with my Nissan rogue 2022. Apparently my vehicle has a lot of recalls and engine issuesi discovered after they did the oil change. I drove home and my vehicle then started spitting out white smoke and shaking and randomly turning off. I’ve only had this car for six months and this was the first oil change. I got so I called the next day and asked if I can bring my vehicle back. I called the following day because I got serviced on a Sunday and they were already closed. I spoke to I believe the Assistant manager named Bri. She was super helpful and the hospitality of this individual was amazing. I can’t point fingers at anyone or blame them because they honestly just revealed an issue with my car that has been prolonging to be found. This woman went above and beyond and actually went to another store to get equipment to check to see what was going on with my vehicle, come to find out my coolant system was actually slowly leaking into my engine not only did she spend her own money to buy these tools that they did not have but she also made sure to call the store manager and the district manager, and they did a thorough run through and diagnostic on my vehi

Went in for an oil change on my vehicle. Was greeted right away. My technician Lavaughn , took care of the service. Performed all needed maintenance. Service with a smile. Filter prices were a little high but it was convenient to get it done. All work was double checked and I am confident my vehicle is in excellent working condition. Free car wash was a bonus. Don’t forget to go to the website for a coupon for oil change.
